We are looking for sales leaders who embody the qualities of courage and empathy and that possess tenacity, curiosity and patience to support our prospects in their retirement living journey with us.

As a valuable member of our team, you will play a vital role in building relationships and contributing to a sales cycle that holds great significance for our seniors and community. Our ultimate objective is to promote our residences, and to achieve this, your role will encompass essential tasks such as prospecting and community outreach.

In this position, you will collaborate and network with local businesses, engaging in fruitful referral partnerships while touring potential prospects, advancing them through the sales process, and participating in and hosting various events. It is crucial to have a comprehensive understanding of our seniors and the levels of care we offer, including Independent Living (IL), Independent Supportive Living (ISL), Memory Care (MC), and Assisted Living (AL). Additionally important is to ensure you have a thorough understanding of your market area.

Your responsibilities will revolve around effectively managing the sales process, with a primary focus on surpassing occupancy and revenue targets. This will necessitate possessing a robust business acumen, including skills in forecasting, competitor analysis, and business development. By leveraging these competencies, you will contribute significantly to the overall success of our organization.

Your experience:

  • At least two (2) years of experience and proven success in direct sales

  • Customer and relationship building focused sales experience

  • Experience in the development and execution of strategic sales action plans

  • Experience and ability in common business applications, including a CRM system

  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the local community

  • Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends as required)

  • Event management experience is an asset

  • Experience with media management
