Residential Building Superintendent (Team of Two)

Cogir Real Estate is seeking a team of two for a Residential Building Superintendent Team of two position (apply with a partner), to join our multi-residential apartment complex located at 10 Garfella Drive in Etobicoke.

The position(s) will include the following:

• Live in position with a Rent-Free Apartment or a Base Salary
• On-the-job Training

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administrative office duties;
• Show vacant apartments to prospective residents;
• Leasing experience
• Ensure cleanliness of public areas & corridors;
• Prepare apartments for new residents;
• Completing Move In and Move Out Inspections;
• Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance;
• Other grounds maintenance;
• Addressing resident concerns effectively and promptly;
• Always maintaining positive safety and security;
• Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies;
• Maintain fire safety and winter logs;
• Follow an "on call" schedule;
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Essential Skills:

• Customer Service
• Experienced Individual in Administration;
• Experienced Individual with Maintenance/Handyman Skills
• Computer Knowledge (Email, Word, Excel);
• Experience with Yardi and Property Vista an asset;
• Oral communication;
• Working with others;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
