After you Apply

  • I’ve submitted my resume, now what?

    Our recruiters and hiring managers are constantly reviewing job applicants for our job postings and contact the individuals whose applications closely match with the position requirements. Unfortunately, we are not able to contact all applicants. If you don’t receive a response regarding the job(s) you applied for, your resume will remain in our applicant tracking system, and we may contact you for future opportunities that may be a better fit!

  • What is the timeline for the hiring process?

    Our process varies depending on the job you have applied to and may take anywhere from two to six weeks.

  • How does Cogir communicate with candidates during the hiring process?

    We communicate with candidates via email and/or phone throughout the hiring process.

  • How are interviews conducted?

    Interviews may be conducted over the phone, online or on site, depending on the position and location. We will confirm the interview format with you prior to the interview.

  • How can I prepare for the interview?

    Let us know all about your past experiences and accomplishments and how they have prepared you for the position you have applied for with us! Prepare a few real-life examples that highlight your successes and strengths.

    A few things we suggest:

    • Read over the job description and come prepared with any questions you have about the position and/or Cogir
    • Familiarize yourself with the role and company
    • Whether in person or online, always dress professionally and arrive early
    • Be yourself!
